St Nicholas du Pelem, a small town is 3 miles away; and well-equipped with a range of shops and large supermarket and an open air swimming pool. There is also a highly respected school here. (There are boarding schools and a good University at Guingamp.
Rostrenen, a large market town is 6 miles away and Guingamp is 20 miles away.
The north, south and west coasts are within an hour`s drive. The ferry ports of Roscoff and St. Malo are within 1� hour`s drive. There are 3 provincial airports - all about an hour and a half away - with direct/connecting flights to the UK.
The region caters well for those who want to join in with local activities, sports (including sports, point-to-point, walking etc.) or those, like us, who just want to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the region.
